Bodhi 1

A gentle introduction to the fundamentals of Hatha yoga for the brand new & continuing student. Includes core postures, breath work, relaxation techniques, and yoga philosophy.

Bodhi Alignment and Movement 1

Critical Alignment Therapy is a process that through initial passive (moving towards active) exercises begins to release the tension and strain (caused by injury or stress) that we hold in our surface, movement muscles. Once this begins to release the movement can then travel through into our centre line (mainly being our spine) where the postural muscles can be activated once again bringing ease and lightness into our practice, our movements, and our lives.

Bodhi Flow 1

An introduction to the art of yoga flow. This class is suitable for beginners, but you should expect to break a little sweat as you flow into and out of poses.

Breath & Meditation 1

Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation are the undeniable core of the yoga system. Learn the basics of both in a relaxing, fun, and supportive environment with a skilled and insightful instructor.

Hips And Hamstrings 1

During the Hips & Hamstrings practice, students will be given mindfulness based instruction designed to create space in the hip joints, and length in the hamstrings, improving overall mobility while maintaining strength. The class is characterized by long holds, detailed alignment instruction, and use of the breath and mind to move through the practice. Accessible to all levels, students should come prepared to work hard.

Hot Bodhi Flow 1

An introduction to the art of yoga flow taught in a heated room. This class is suitable for beginners, but you should expect to break a little sweat as you flow into and out of poses.

Neck And Shoulders 1

This introductory level class is designed to help reduce tension in the neck and shoulders. Great for office workers or people who spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or computer.

Relax And Renew 1

Gentler, supported postures designed for those with injuries and/or chronic ailments, such as diabetes, heart disease, asthma, chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia – or those looking for a gentle class.

Shake Your Hot Bodhi 1-2

Great tunes ranging from funk, pop, hip-hop, and reggae will provide the soundtrack to this free-flowing, fun, and funky class. A steamy-hot yoga jam session

Warm Bodhi Bliss 1

Come to this class to Bliss out. A relaxing combination of restorative, therapeutic and yin yoga in a cozy warm room, this is the class to let go of your daily life and find some stillness within.

Warm Bodhi Flow 1

The art of yoga flow in a comfortable warm and cozy room. This class is suitable for both beginners and old stagers. You should expect to break a sweat as you flow into and out of poses.
